Home-Made Sushi Night!
We decided to make our own sushi for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! We sliced some fresh cucumbers and avocados, tempura-battered and deep fried some shrimp and crab, and even mixed our own spicy mayo!
It was pretty messy but after the first couple of rolls, we got the hang of it. The trick is to keeping the roll tight, and not to use too much rice.
The best thing about it was the unlimited amounts of sushi for everybody as long as there were ingredients and that everyone could create their own perfect sushi roll. Planning on doing this again soon!
