Baking cupcakes at midnight when you've got nothing else to do does something for my soul. Something good. Not good for my pants though. :)

Especially when they're Pink Lemonade Cupcakes with Pink Lemonade Frosting!











Icing Tip: I use a ziploc bag as a piping bag and place it in a cup to make it easier to scoop the icing into it. Works like a charm. Snip the corner of the bag with scissors and you can easily pipe fluffy frosting onto your cakes.
